Fall at WDW is awesome! Cooler temps, leaves changing colors, and lower crowds make it my favorite time to visit WDW. One of my favorite things to do is head over to World Showcase and enjoy the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.
Epcot International Food & Wine Festival 101
There is a tremendous amount to see and do during the Food & Wine Festival. That is why we suggest having a plan before you go. This will save time and money.
It is important to know which seminars are free and to also have a budget on how much you want to spend on food. I always look at the food available at each booth before I go on my vacation so I do not spend more than I planned since it is so easy to do there.

Who does not love chocolate?? While you are visiting Epcot during the International Food & Wine Festival, you will want to stop by The Chocolate Experience: From Bean to Bar hosted by Ghirardelli. Here you will get to learn about the process of making chocolate and see amazing chocolate sculptures. The best part is you will walk away with a FREE chocolate sample.
The Food & Wine Festival brings in celebrity chefs from all over the world. Your favorite may even be there. Throughout the day, there are meet and greet opportunities and theses celebrated chefs will even do book signings. Save money by bringing a copy of their book from home. The schedule of who will be where is available daily at the Event Center.
During the Food &Wine Festival there are seminars every day. Some of these seminars can be expensive! But there are also some really cool FREE Seminars. My favorite is the Back to Basics Seminar Series that happens Friday through Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. These are a great opportunity to cool off and hear about your favorite foods.
The best free activity at Food & Wine Festival is the Eat to the Beat Concert Series! Each night there will be a different band playing in the American Gardens Theater at 5:30, 6:45, and 8:00 p.m. Artists include Baha Men, Fuel, Laura Alaina, Sugar Ray, Kenny G, Tiffany, Hanson, Boys II Men. Check out a full list of the bands!
