The answer is simple! If you are staying on site just make a quick trip back to your resort. All of the rooms in the resort are air conditioned, so start by taking some time quiet time back in the room. Grab some ice water and turn on the TV for about 30 minutes to an hour. Just enough time to cool off. You can even nap if you want. It is a great break from the business of the parks.
