The chefs in Magic Kingdom have whipped up a couple of new magical treats for you to enjoy! Check out the new twist on the traditional Dole Whip by trying the new Lemon Lime Dole Whip at Storybook Treats! This tart but tasty treat will be just what you need to beat the heat of the summer. Have you ever wanted a donut bigger than you head? If so, you are in luck and can grab a Mickey Celebration Donut at the Launching Pad in Tomorrowland. This treat comes in three flavors: vanilla, chocolate or strawberry! This is definitely a treat for the family to share. Price- $8.99 or 1 snack credit
The snack to look forward to the most in Epcot is 5 layer cotton candy at the Lotus Flower. When you are wondering through World Showcase make a stop in China and grab this tasty treat. Not only does it taste good, it is very Instagram worthy. Price- $15
Hollywood Studios is celebrating their 30thanniversary this summer and the snacks are amazing! The Kylo Ren cupcake is a limited time celebration item that can be found at Rosie’s All-American Café and Dockside Diner. Over in Pixar Place you can join the cast of The Incredibles for an Incredible Celebration. You will find some hard to find characters and incredible treats. Animal Kingdom is home to lots of cute and cuddly animals. The food there is not usually your standard pizza and hamburgers. You will find chicken dumplings on the menu at Mr. Kamal’s. You must stop at Beaches and Cream at The Beach Club Resort. Why?? You will want to try Mickey’s Dreamsicle Milkshake. The perfect swirl of orange and vanilla flavors is topped with whipped cream and a cherry. A fun addition to this treat is the two rice krispy treats made out of fruity pebbles that are used as ears. Mickey and Minnie Mouse are hosting a Surprise Celebration all summer. They are celebrating their 90thanniversary! While visiting Magic Kingdom make sure you stop and celebrate with them. If you love ice cream you will want to stop into Plaza Ice Cream Parlor and order Minnie’s Kitchen Sink Sundae to share with a friend or two. Price- $14.99
When the sun goes down at Magic Kingdom the Villains come out to play. If you are taking part of Villains After Hour event, you will get to see some of your favorite bad guys out and about on the streets of Magic Kingdom. There are two must try treats: Dragon’s Breath Float at Storybook Treats and Headless Horseman Browkie at Liberty Square Popcorn Cart. These treats are sure to let you Villain side come out. Typhoon Lagoon is hosting some really cool H2O Glow Nights. Most people enjoy the water parks during the day, but this party lets guest enjoy the parks after the sun goes down. You will want to make sure to grab a Bathtub Party Sundae at Happy Landings or Woody’s Rootin’ Tootin’ Milkshake at Leaning Palms during this special event! Both a great way to cool off and take a break from splashing around. Price- Bathtub Party Sundae- $16
Can you believe the Lion King is turning 25? To celebrate the 25thanniversary of this iconic movie Animal Kingdom chefs have created some really delicious treats. Enjoy a Simba Ice Cream Sandwich at Tamu Tamu. Or you can grab a Bugs’n Grub Waffle Cone from 2 locations: Anandpur Bus or Trilo Bites. This treat is a nod to Simba’s friends Timon and Pumba and their favorite dish. Prices- Simba Ice Cream Sandwich- $6.99 Bugs’n Grub Waffle Cone- $5.99
The last treat on our list is the fan favorite Mickey Ice Cream Bar. These have been a staple for years. You can’t visit WDW without trying one or two or three…. You cannot go wrong with this treat on a hot afternoon. Just grab a shady spot to sit and enjoy eating your Mickey Ice Cream Bar. Price- $5.75
All of these treats are great options for you trip. Most of the snacks are 1 credit on the Disney Dining Plan and a few can even really help you stretch your budget, by almost counting as an extra meal like the Chicken Dumplings.
